Here come the A's

Do most expansion teams win a lot of games in their first season, oh wise man?

I'd say winning a World Series in only their 4th season doesn't count as a slow start whatsoever.  In fact, it might be the fastest in history for an expansion team.  But spin away, my friend.....

My point was that a team that moves to a new market, whether an expansion team or a relocating team, often has trouble succeeding--whether you want to measure success as in fan base or establishing a winning record. I don't really care about the D-Backs, and just used them as an example.

Now go argue with your Trump blow-up doll, or whatever gets you off.

Oh, and over 50 years ago, the MLB team that still holds the record for the worst season in history won the World Series in their eighth season. Search your memory banks--was it the Pittsburgh Penguins? LOL.

A real bad example at that, with the Diamondbacks.  Please don't comment on sports.  Haven't you learned you lesson in that arena by now?  You struggle really badly when you aren't looking things up.

Argument Jerry is wearing his "LET'S ARGUE!" propellor beanie.

I'm not gonna play.

As YOU, Lying Lewis, continue to lie and make shit up. You ALWAYS say "I'm not gonna play" whenever you have been proven wrong and a liar.

Shame on you, traitor.

I thought we could have a discussion on the feasibility of the A's stadium, but kevin manages to turn it into an argument.

Try again; is the stadium on the Trop property a good idea?

It takes at least two to argue. How do you feel about your shortbus pals, David and Jerry?

Or are you a filthy fucking stupid-ass hypocrite?

Stupid Tommie-poo.

Tell ya what, I'll even answer your question: no.

I wasn't arguing.  I was just laughing at your Arizona Diamondbacks example and wanted to point it out.  You know, like you always do with people on this forum.

Yes, I know you've appointed yourself captain of the Vengeance Police on this forum. Makes you feel important, I guess.

But you're also wearing the Argue With Jerry propellor beanie.

I'm waiting for Kevin to list all of the baseball, football, and hockey expansion franchises which have failed.
