Here Is Your Proof Trump Is A Crook!

There were ten separate incidents Mueller laid out where he presented evidence that Trump obstructed justice or attempted to obstruct justice. He left it to Congress to take action.  Throw in the two campaign finance felonies from SDNY where he is named as an unindicted co-conspirator and I have to ask if you don't Impeach Trump who do you Impeach?

Not impeaching Trump for these crimes nullifies Impeachment as a remedy as it is spelled out in the constitution forevermore. The duty that comes along with the oath of office requires Impeachment no matter how politically speaking bitter you think that pill is to swallow.

Historically, Democrats have never been rewarded at the ballot box for timidity. For example, how did it turn out for Democrats when they passed the Republican healthcare plan? (Romney care) They should have been bold then and passed a real comprehensive healthcare plan and not simply insurance reform. Republicans called their own plan socialism and communism so it's not like they could have said anything worse about an actual single-payer plan.

What do Democrats thinks makes this different?  They should be making their case to the American people that Trump committed numerous crimes and he is not above the law.  Here is a prediction for my fellow Democrats. If they roll over on this, and it looks like they will, Trump will win reelection because Republicans will pound this issue over and over about how Trump was subject to a witch hunt, the report exonerated him and so on. A second term of the criminally corrupt Trump who has now managed to surround himself with toadies that will willingly break the law will do permeant damage to our system of government.

The ONLY one's "doing damage" are the liberal Socialist/Democrats. Draining the swamp is not easy - the Democrats are the most corrupt people in America.

Mark writes: "A second term of the criminally corrupt Trump who has now managed to surround himself with toadies that will willingly break the law will do permeant damage to our system of government."

DonDiego opines the sentiment expressed by Mark is incorrect and his prediction, likewise, unlikely.  But it did prompt poor old DonDiego to investigate the term "toady".

From Merriam-Webster:

We can thank old-time toadeaters for today's word. In 17th-century Europe, a toadeater was a showman's assistant whose job was to make the boss look good. The toadeater would eat (or pretend to eat) what were supposed to be poisonous toads. His or her charlatan master would then "save" the toad-afflicted assistant by expelling the poison. It's little wonder that such assistants became symbolic of extreme subservience, and that "toadeater" became a word for any obsequious underling. By the early 1800s, it had been shortened and altered to "toady," our current term for a servile self-seeker.

Cool. eh.

Mueller's investigation revealed 5 main things

1) Russia most certainly intervened in our 2016 election on behalf of the person who won

2) The election winner's campaign (legally) shared intelligence and accepted help from Russia in that effort.

3) The election winner denies  Russia intervened in our election and calls the investigation into it a witch hunt

4) The election winner fired the original head investigator and attempted to fire his replacement

5) The election winner's base doesn't see anything wrong with any of these line items

For those of us who still value our democracy there is 2020.

Russia most certainly made a minor attempt to intervene in the election.............I believe they spent some $10,000 on this attempt.  Obama understood that Russia was meddling, and chose to do nothing.  Trump certainly didn't have the power as a candidate to take action.

I'll bite..............what intelligence did the Trump campaign possess that they turned over to the Russians?  This should be funny.

Wow, Trump fired a guy who has been proven to have been conduring a witch hunt.  Your Liberal friends lied to us for two years.

Pretty friggin hilarious, aint it?     Maybe, but not at all surprising considering his former job was selling Russian influence in Ukraine counter to the interests of the UNited States and NATO.   Thats who Trump put in charge of his campaign.   And I'm sure you dont have a problem with that either.

I'm all for putting people in jail who broke the law.  Trump isn't one of them.  What secrets did the Trump campaign turn over to the Russians?

What the Mueller investigation shows is the people who followed Trump's orders went to jail....and the ones who didn't didn't.

(PS - Trump is a crook unless you beleive this is not his signature on this check.   His co-conspirator is going to prison for his part in the same crime.)    But be honest, Boilerman,  you sure dont want Dirty Donny to see jailtime, do you?
