Earlier this week, Walker struggled to answer a question on gun control from a CNN reporter, only going as far to say, "What I like to do is see it and everything and stuff."

The joke is that anybody thinks that having been an NFL running back (with all the violent blows to the head) qualifies someone to hold public office.

Which probably just slots him only one notch ahead of Joe.
