You should worry more about the US being unable to win this stupid war that Trump promised we wouldn't have, if you remember he said no more forever wars and no regime changes.  What a fucking lie that was.

We probably can't win this war, we no longer have the munitions as we sent them all to Ukraine, we would be unable to occupy the country, and Iran has been stocking up for this for 20 years.  We'll run out of $5,000,0000 interceptors we're using to shoot down $25,000 drones in short time.

Once our Arab allies have their water desalination plants wrecked and their oil infrastructure is all on fire, they'll kick us off our bases and the USD as the Global Reserve Currency is completely dead.

At that point, we'll withdraw completely from the middle east and Trump willl have handed the midterms to the Democrats on a gold plate....unless Russia and China intervene in which case we'll just have a worldwide barbeque.

Well, the Republicans getting their asses kicked in the next couple of elections would be a silver lining. The manly man macho dudes who don't want to be involved in foreign wars, oh, wait, this isn't a war. 

The thing that gets me is if the stated goal is regime change on the hope that the Iranian citizens rise up and overthrow the current regime, what happens if we achieve that goal? The country will be decimated like Iraq was. They were left without any functioning infrastructure. 

So, I think even if you win and your stated goal comes to fruition we are going to have to rebuild the entire country and we have no partners to share the burden like we had in Iraq.

Winning may be worse than losing in this case. Oh, and Rubio admitted today that Israel is leading not us. I guess our commander and chief is Benjamin Netanyahu.

The idea that we can accomplish anything with Iran simply by dropping boomity booms on them is a fantasy. If anything, that will harden their resolve against us and our masters, Israel.

It's also a fantasy to think that the Iranian people can rise up and take over when the regime has hundreds of thousands of heavily armed soldiers with advanced military equipment and the people have what ..? Steak knives?

There's no discernible, plausible good end to this. The party of Vietnam and Iraq doesn't realize that.

What about the party of Ukraine?  I think the same ghouls run the strings on all the puppets.

The rather huge difference is that while the Republicans started the Iraq war and the Iran war, Putin started the Ukraine war. Ukraine was helped by us, under a Democratic administration, but we weren't and aren't active combatants, and unlike Iraq and Iran, no American casualties.

Oh, and all those boom booms we sent to Ukraine? About 90% of it was stuff that was obsolete anyway, but the Ukrainian military, which uses last-century equipment, was able to utilize it.

Our Liberals all agree that Iran with nuke is a positive.

Iran has been 2 weeks from a nuke since I was a kid in the 1980s FFS.
