All of those 1960s Democrats became Republicans after The Civil Rights Act--and yes, they are still posting and laughing about memes that picture African-Americans as apes. That would be your party and you continue to enable them.

You aren't too dense to realize that a) preferential hiring was designed to make up for past inequalities, which certainly existed for much of our history, and b) that era ended about 40 years ago with all the "reverse discrimination" lawsuits, like Bakke v. University of California.
The reality is that these days, people are hired for their abilities. Like ICE for thuggery.
