This is delicious. Republicans have been complaining they can't call Adam Schiff as a witness because he isn't a witness to what Trump did or didn't do. The Daily Beast broke a story yesterday that Nunes galavanted around Europe with Rudy's indicted henchman, Lev Parnas, conducting an "investigation." I think the asshole should be called. It would be a hoot if they served him a subpoena while he was sitting there at the podium on live TV.

Actually, given that his role has been to be a performer with an audience of one--Trump--I don't want to see him get more air time. Already, he opens each day of the proceedings with a partisan unhinged rant.
He'll just lie through his teeth if he's forced to testify. He knows there won't be any consequences.
It would be great if he lied through his teeth. Doing so would incriminate him for perjury. Parnas is talking hoping for a lighter sentence. That would keep Nunes from lying. Nunes only choice, if he is forced to testify, would be taking the 5th or telling the truth unless he is willing to rot in prison like Stone and Manafort.
