The next thing you know, New York City will eliminate the gifted student program. After all, if all students can't be gifted, then it's important to decrease the quality of education for the best of the best. Oh wait, that already happened.

Boilerman's example is also being played out in the state of Texas redistricting.
That state's population boomed over the last decade almost entirely because of growth in its Latino demographics. But when Texas got two more congressional districts from the census they drew the map in such a way that they are both majority Caucasion....you know, because they have to let the minority race have representation.
Make no mistake about it.....the greatest instances of Affirmative Action are found in Republican management of their voting districts. I left lots of space below for Boilerman to air his grievances about it.
