Shootings, fatal or non-fatal: 2.5, also -110.

For the purpose of deciding the bets, multiple shootings by the same thug(s) are all factored into the total. So if you bet the Over and a thug kills the driver AND a passenger, you WIN!

I was going to post a line on whether our resident MAGAs would make excuses for the shootings, but you don't post a line for events that are certain.
