Then you could tell those there just how wrong they are for trying to protect their property and their families from the drugs, trafficking, and lawlessness that they are having to deal with. Texas was being invaded by thousands of people per day & the US government was doing nothing to stop it. So Texas exercised its right under Article 1 section 10 to defend itself.
Since exercising that right the number of people invading the Texas border has dwindled to a trickle.
