He's apparently only mildly ill. Soon, he can go back to his primary function of being a Republican tool. He's notorious for being the worst, most alt-right conservative on the Court. He also appears to not have any inclination to ask questions during oral arguments--he just sits there. And of course, his shit-stain from the Anita Hill case lingers on.
He's a primary reason why the RepubliQ Supreme Court isn't respected any more. Nonetheless, I hope he gets better. We need him to help destroy abortion rights. (To clarify: I actually hope the Court does that when called upon by the RepubliQ. That will make it the most hated institution in America.)

It seems he is a bit more than mildly ill as he remains hospitalized. The Supreme Court is now refusing to comment on his status. I guess thoughts and prayers do work.
Well, it would be a timely death. And it might give the good guys a chance to partially reverse the Trumpification of the Supreme Court. They should welcome that---the Court has become a national laughingstock, nothing but a RepubliQ tool.
