The only really interesting aspect of the Trump prosecutions is that apparently, the Turd has been told by his lawyers that repeated denial of his various crimes is not only futile but also counterproductive, given the massive evidence against him. This indicates that their strategy is to focus on the bogus executive privilege argument and if that fails, fall back on "free speech."
A last-ditch effort will be to bleat that this is a unique and unprecedented prosecution and is ipso facto unfair. Well, yeah--no prior President has tried to overturn the results of an election. No prior President has incited a mob to try to kill everyone in the Capitol. That argument makes about as much sense as the kid who killed his parents with an axe asking for leniency because he's an orphan.
So while he still craps out his nonsense on social media (on the platforms where he's still allowed) and at his hate rallies (which are getting less frequent), he's been largely silent on legitimate media, limiting himself to the occasional Fox Nooze appearance. He may be becoming dimly aware that opening his ugly mouth just hurts him at this point.
My only question at this point is: why the fuck is he still walking around free? None of the judges who've indicted him have imposed bail. He could flit off to Putin's dacha and never come back. In fact, I'm surprised he hasn't done that already, though his ego may be compelling him to stay.
I wish we could just put a bullet in his head and dump him in the sewage processing tank at Mar El Asshole. I actually don't want to see him get "justice." He doesn't deserve due process. He deserves that bullet.
