If a woman is a boss – and who can argue with that? Fair enough, if she's some liberal boffin.
But Donald Trump claims that the biggest danger facing America is the "Female Boss," someone women try to emulate.
Trump said: "Think of what's happening all over America – the Female Bosses who are destroying companies and people's lives. They have absolutely no respect for human life or for the working class. They just want power for the sake of power.
"This I know, because it happened to me. They are all over the place – in the hospitals, in the restaurants, in the stores, in the gas stations, in the grocery stores, in the construction companies, and in the offices of government. They're taking over our life, and I don't think the folks in Washington like it.
"Honestly, I don't like the concept of the Female Boss one bit. Why didn't George Washington ever appoint any of his family members to office? The answer is simple. All they wanted to do was live off the government. All they wanted was the clout.
"We all want power and power can do crazy things when you have a lot of it. But that's not the main problem, America. The problem is this: Her. Yes, that's right, when you see a female boss in action you see absolute evil."
But then why pick on the woman, when she is merely a reflection of her own body? Trump is right. "The Female Boss," is simply the opposite of pure soul power, a mirror, to form the truth of the good or evil person that person was. For example, many feminists have always been people who revere the good – despise the bad.
Some women, during the 21st century, have succumbed to what Trump calls "The Female Boss" from law firms to government. Now these women are called upon to use their power to win for women, when it is they, the boss, who are either good or evil.
Unfortunately, many men are unable to determine what is right or wrong; whereas women have the ability to do so, but are too often too wrapped up in their own thoughts, weaknesses, egos, and behaviours to make this judgement.
Trump isn't a full-blown self-proclaimed misogynist, he's actually a misogynist disguised as a political figure. The cleverest way to appreciate the precarious nature of female leadership in today's world is by viewing the female boss as a mirror image of men.
The Female Boss often adopts the same traits as a man. First and foremost, she is a survivor and will always defend herself with a go-to, rolled-up-sleeves, 'I am not a victim' attitude. But when all is said and done, this is all a defensive posture. As men, we are often quicker to identify when we are being beaten down by life, and come out swinging in retaliation. And even when we do stay on the outside, as we are more likely to try and defend ourselves, we sometimes still act like the victim, by saying: "I am a victim, just look at my poor character!"
That is not the case for most women. As such, they have a completely different reaction when they are being challenged, and when they are facing the prospect of fighting back. Some react by crying "bi-sexist" and trying to prove their masculinity by attempting to defuse the situation with tales of being driven crazy by men's petty insecurity.
Some react by calling the offender a sexist liar, a racist, or something so filthier, because, like a female boss, these women tend to take a personal approach to politics. They never take the bait, so it comes across as a negative personal attack. Some retaliate by thinking they can fight more aggressively, because they are, after all, bosses.
You don't have to be a communist ideologue to see that the Female Boss is as vulnerable to self-hatred as any male leader. Trump is just the latest Republican to warn against the dangers of the Female Boss. But rather than accusing him of misogyny he should be doing more to stop, or at least curtail, female leadership in this country. The Female Boss should be left to rot in the trash heap of history; but instead we seem to be on a path to prolong her reign.
