I've been perplexed by "Make America Great Again." It seemed to me that Americans wouldn't like to be told that their country wasn't great, or that electing Trump would "fix" that.
I just realized what Trump meant! In the US, the age of consent, until the late 19th century, was ten years old. He longs for the time when peeping at, fondling, and raping young girls was not only legal; it was considered the act of a manly man who knew what he wanted and took it. That's been Trump's philosophy in all things: money, sex, power.
So "Make America Great Again" is code for, "Don't Tell Me I Can't Rape Those Girls."
He should have used the latter version from the get-go. DTMCRTG is kind of unwieldy, but its meaning and philosophy would have resonated deeply with his followers.
