I land in Vegas Thursday evening at 6:25PM

Our attendees have widdled down from 17 to 14, but still a good group.  37th annual trip.  One guy cancelled because of Covid, one guy cancelled because his golf country club moved the member guest event to our Vegas weekend.  His dad has attended for 39 straight years.  Another guy's father-in-law died yesterday, so he's out.  Still a great group.

Putting 2-3 guys in the 4 standard suites.  Four of us are flopping in the 1970 sq foot executive king suite............only one bedroom.  Two half baths and one full bath.  Two guys crashing in the king bed and two on couches.  I'll be on the couch, and I do that most nights at home anyway.

Party in the Big Room on Friday night, dinner at Firefly Saturday at 5pm, then Ubering to the Golden Gate for black jack Saturday night.  Sunday football, and a "caps" beer drining game in the Big Room.  I'm the World champion.

The balance of our time is limited to cocktails and gambling and a little eating.

I'm sure he'll have all the fun he feels he's entitled to. The people who are forced to breathe his potentially CoVid-laced cigarette smoke--not so much.

I'm curious as to what his mask compliance will be. Someone who smokes in public obviously does not give a crap about the health of others. Therefore, I expect that he won't wear a mask except when he needs to to get into a casino, and will immediately yank it down and start puffing to have an excuse not to properly wear it.

We can always count on Kevin to spew his venom on an otherwise friendly posting. 

We can always count on David Miller to make some gratuitous, pointless remark to feed his tiny ego. I for one am happy to be the constant target of his insults. I am performing a public service by absorbing his hatred, which might otherwise be directed at someone else.

You are going to just miss the Circa opening.   Bummer.   But I'm sure it will be fun anyway.   

I've pencilled in a trip for December depending on the status of ...everything.

You are correct, PJ.  I wish Circa was opening prior to our trip.  I'll likely book us at the Golden Nugget next year and spend plenty of time at Circa.  I doubt we'll stay there unless room prices drop from what I've heard.

I'm really curious to see the Circa sports book.
