...thousands of miles from the RepubliQ states where citizens still line up eagerly to lick Trump (or one of his Mini-Me's). We'll never do the stupid shit that conservitards love. (And yeah, we do have some conservitard areas/counties, where people fly TRUMP banners from their pickup trucks and have sex with livestock.)

That makes me wonder whether we want to, or should, be in the same country as all those yahoos in the Confederacy. Several recent polls show that a majority of conservitards want to secede. Why not let them? In fact, why not encourage them? We don't like or want them, and they don't like or want us.

I've traveled all over the US, and no place is nastier and more full of mean and mean-spirited people as the Deep Doo-Doo South. Texas and Florida in particular are chock full of irritated old white guys who are mad at the world because they can no longer get it up. They've managed to brainwash their "wimmenfolks" into agreeing that everything wrong with their lives is the fault of them LIBURRULS and their coddling of minorities (who should all be slaves).

And y'know what? If any of you conservitard RepubliQ assholes want to visit our fair state, you'd be very welcome. You can even spout your stupid, evil, Fox News-fed propaganda, and all we'll do is smile. We're nice here. We're not like Texas, where if you mention to someone that, say, maybe kids should be taught about slavery, you'll get gunned down in the street by a cowboy.

Come here and look around. Then go home and secede.

I'm an unapologetic liberal that lives in a decidely red state,.... and the red voters here are by and large very nice people.    

Social Media and cable news have figured out the best way to make money is to drive a wedge in between AMericans from the different sides of the aisle.    Thats truly sad and something we the people need to collectively start rebelling against.  

Liberals and conservatives will be sharing this country for many years to come.   I hope we can get back to a place where the debate is about issues and not the fundamentals of democracy.     Historically most presidents on both sides of the aisle tried to steer us in that direction....Trump unfortunately did the oppossitte.   Lets hope that was an anomaly instead of the new normal.

The new normal is race hatred and the unapologetic anti-democratic seizure and maintenance of power by any means necessary. The RepubliQ party has found that this works very, very well. The next President will be some Trump Lite or Trump himself. And whoever it is will be our last President. Our democracy is dying because our Constitution was miswritten to allow domination by the minority.

There are definitely nice people trapped in red states--just as we have some brain-dead asshole Trumpers here in Oregon (in fact, some of the absolute worst, like the Cliven Bundy crowd). That's why I favor a complete realignment. Send all the nice people here; we'll send you all the Cliven Bundy assholes. That way, everyone will be surrounded by like-minded people, and everyone will be happy. I don't want to share this country with those evil RepubliQ pricks, and I'm sure that they don't want to share this country with all us liberal commie pinko woke socialist radicals.

Just to be clear - there are assholes in red states too.  Case in point, the previous poster on this thread.    Luckily people like him tend to be the minority in my experience.
