I must say the Louisville airport really sucks

No shops whatsoever open. Only one restaurant in the entire building is open. The parking lot shuttle isn't running. Got a notice to show up 3 hours early because TSA was running slow. I breezed through in 5 minutes. Waitress at chilis just told me they were closing for the night. I give it 1 star out of 5.

The extra two-hour drive to St. Louis is definitely worth it.  

Boarding in 30 minutes and it doesn't look like we have 20 people waiting to get on the plane.

Plane is only 25 percent full. Reminds me of those late Southwest flights I took out of Louisville years ago. No complaints about Spirit.
