I predicted this.

The vote to abolish the police was June 12th, but the city charter prevents it from taking effect. So they contented themselves with the budget reduction. Subsequently the city had the largest increase in violent crime in years.

Liberals refuse to see the correlation between reduced police presence & increased crime.

Conservatives, at least the ones with Tommie-poo's tragically limited cognitive skills, don't understand that correlation does not equal causation.

However, if you want to use Tommie-poo logic to talk about virtually anything, here's how you do it:

1. Something happens that you don't approve of.

2. Then something else happens that you also don't approve of.

3. You then claim that the former event caused the latter.

4. If you're a conservitard Trumper nimrod, you then slather posts on message boards and social media, crowing about how you predicted that the latter event would happen.

You know, I've tried many, many times to explain to stupid people that when A happens, then B happens, that does NOT mean that A caused B. But it's like trying to explain the theory of relativity to someone's cocker spaniel. I should probably give up trying.

How many police were furloughed as the result of any budget action - do tell and show your source.   Or we can all assume you just made shit up again.

My money is on the latter.

Police don't have to be furloughed as they are retiring & resigning in record numbers & not being replaced.

NYC is down 2,700 officers

Speaking of genius predictions, last April I wrote "Governor Cuomo was a prick, is a prick, and will always be a prick..."

What do I win?

Well now you are running away from the BS you posted earlier.   You referenced a budget reduction as the cause.   Are you standing by that or can we agree you pulled that out of your ass?

As I stated accurately, police are quitting because being an officer in a department with a reputation for murdering people has proved to be a stressful line of work.    Thats not a budget reduction.  Thats not legislators defunding the police.   Thats just what happens when some scumbag cops ruin the reputation of the institution they serve by discriminating against minorties.

In Minneapolis, the police force has gone from 800 for 530.  More importanly, the cops have had their wings clipped by the Liberal idiots and cops can't do their job.  Shocking to Liberals, yet simple to the rest of us.................crime surges.

Kevin asks me "Who cares".  I have to explain to Kevin that the families of the crime victims care.

Is Boilerman or Tom going to ever provide reference to the "defund the police" legislation that occurred in Minneapolis?  Or is this just the next chapter of "Q"  ?

I told you, the minneapolis police passed it last june12th

You pointed out that police forces were not being reduced even though budgets were being cut. I pointed out that police didn't have to be laid off since they eefe quitting/retiring on their own & not being replaced.

You then went on a rant about murderous police officers. Here is a fact. Last year the number of murdered police officers was 49. Since 2005 only 35 police officers have been convicted of murder.  In 2019 the number of black/hispanic murders was almost 10,000, most of them committed by blacks/hispanics.

So where do you think the real problem lies?

With people like you who spread lies and distortions and are dumber than a box of rocks.

As PJ would say, what else can I help you with today?
