Minneapolis 2019 police budget:  $224 million ($230 after being inflation corrected to 2021)

Minneapolis 2021 police budget:  $164 million

The police budget was cut in 2020 and again in 2021.  This amounts to a 28% defunding of police over a two year period.  Because of policy, cops are leaving, being let go, and they have been neutered by Liberal feel good, but do nothing mandated procedures.  This shit doesn't work, and now the good people of Minneapolis are paying the price with increased crime.  This is exactly what I expect from Libs.............failed feel good policy.

What was the police budget the year George FLoyd was killed, Boiler ?  2020.    You know, he year you left out of your homework?     The "Defund the Police" effort you cite didnt organize until June of 2020.    Did liberals defund the police from the effort as you predicted ?    We're on page 5 now and still waiting on pins and needles.

Boiler first claimed that the police had been defunded and when called out on that lie, he changed to well, um, there were budget cuts. I don't know or care if he's lying about that, too.

Of course, a major part of the reason why Boiler continues to lie about the situation in Minneapolis is that he heartily approved of the killing of George Floyd and wishes that federal troops had gunned down all the BLM protestors. You know, keep them darkies in line.
