This time it is the agencies that Trump and Musk illegally shut down. I tried to tell our resident MAGAs how this would play out. They didn't believe me.
Elon Musk's attempt to unilaterally dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development likely violated the United States Constitution, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ordered Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency to immediately give USAID employees access to their "email, payment, security notification, and all other electronic systems," and ordered a pause on any efforts to shut down USAID.

It looks like we will be reopening all those agencies at a great expense to the US taxpayer so congratulations MAGAs. Again this is something that could have been done legally but Trump and Musk chose to do it illegally and now the taxpayers are going to pay, pay, and pay some more.
I hate to come across as a braggart but if our resident MAGAs want to continue to argue legal issues, I suggest they get a handle on what they don't know.
Hint: Do your legal research outside the MAGA verse. Look for articles that are written by actual legal scholars that went to law school and understand the entire picture. You should be looking for a neutral analysis. That is one where the arguments for both sides are made, the current state of the law is discussed and the pros and cons of each side's argument are discussed. An article written by someone with a dog in the hunt cannot be trusted as it will only present one side of the argument no matter how weak that argument is. An article like that leads you to believe you have a slam dunk case when in reality it is a Hail Mary case. It is legal scholarship not advocacy you are looking for.
It looks to me like DOGE is pretty far into the red right now since they have to rehire all of those employees and reopen those agencies. All that money could have been saved by simply following the law.
