I looked up the definition of the word " thug "and nowhere is the word " thug " defined as you describe.
I didn't bother to cut and paste a dictionary entry, like you love to do. I know that you're well aware of what the word means.

There seems to be a contradiction when official definitions and presumed different definitions don't coinside.

If you find an "official definition" of the word 'thug," please let us know.
Come to think of it, the Trump administration might have it as a job title.
"Coinside" isn't a word. Unless you're making up a word to refer to the heads or tails side of a coin.
So since I proffered a description of what a thug is and does, rather than a dictionary entry, maybe you could tell us if you disagree with that description, and why.

I stand corrected - I misspelled coincide. My mistake.
The whole mess is FUBAR, and nobody in this KS discussion knows what happened or why.
I reviewed David's video many times. What I see:
Victim's SUV is stopped in middle of the street. Two other (uninvolved?) SUVs also stopped, one on either side, as if to either be aiding hers (looked like snow on the ground) or blocking hers from leaving. Can't tell. Did either call for law enforcement for some reason?
The ICE pick-up truck is pulling up. The uninvolved SUV left of the victim's car pulls around her car and rapidly away. The other SUV remains there. There is a light flashing at side of pick-up, though no big top lights. Was a siren going?
Two 'agents' exit the pick-up truck. Agent 1 from the passenger side, Agent 2 from the driver's side. Agent 1 signals to Agent 2 to approach the victim's SUV. Agent 2 approaches on the driver's side, appearing to speak to the driver.
Meanwhile Agent 3, who has appeared from outside the video frame into it is seen approaching on the passenger side, a non-uniformed individual walking with/ a little behind him.
This appears to be almost simultaneous, Agent 2 approaching on driver's side, Agent 3 approaching or already had approached on the passenger side, but can't say for sure. Agent 3's actions are unclear, until the victim's car appears to pull away to the right, not in the direction of Agent 1 and Agent 2. Agent 2 appears to sort of throw up his hands toward Agent 1.
Meanwhile, the victim's car is moving away toward the right at which time Agent 3 can be seen, appears to be holding a weapon. The car crashes into what looks like a light pole though not clear, a lot of dust or smoke.
Agent 3 and another individual run toward the crashed vehicle.
Meanwhle, another uniformed person, Agent 4, appears to come from another vehicle, trying to run toward the scene but is stopped by Agent 1. Agent 4 turns back.
Video ends.
The Agents were wearing protective gear and had weapons. Did the woman? Did she show them a weapon?
I come down on the side of the woman. ICE, if that's what they are, appear to be acting unnecessarily, incompetently. I pray a fair investigation is carried out. If Trump has his way it will not be fair, IMHO.

I respect your opinion. The video shows the vehicle moving forward and the video's audible sound depicts the vehicle hitting the officer prior to the shot. Was the woman's intent to cause harm to the officer - I doubt it. Did she accelerate forward and hit the officer, yes she did. Intent and actual intentions can and do differ - as the video shows. It now is redundant to say that if she had not of accelerated forward she would not have been fired upon. She chose the action she took - no one else is responsible for her actions except for her.

This in my opinion is the most accurate statement made about this situation so far.

But she's not the only one who's responsible for the result.

Candy, we know the woman was shot and killed. We know she didn't have a weapon. We can't be sure whether she was trying to run the agent over, as MAGA tells us, or she was terrified and trying to escape, as common sense tells us. One thing we do know--we'll never hear her side of the story.
This isn't exactly the first time law enforcement has conducted an extrajudicial summary execution of a suspect. A "justification":is always proffered. I forget which, Vance or Noem, told us that the victim was a narco-terrorist. Well, sure, then, why waste time with the justice system?
The chances of a fair investigation are approximately (googol x 500) to 1.
