No, didn't say justified. What I'm saying is she was a complete loser.
And so-called "complete losers" should be judged as such by you and executed?

Everything but executed......yes
You all are holding these cops to high standards. They aren't the most educated group of people in the world if you haven't noticed before. They are on about the same level as school teachers.

Give someone a gun and carte blanche to designate people as "suspects" and kill them, and you sure as shit had BETTER hold them to high standards.
Your crack about teachers was silly, and probably just an attempt to get a rise out of me or someone else, so I'll disregard it.
I don't know what you're saying about people being, according to you, "losers." Does that deprive them of their civil rights or equal protection under the law?

And if they do, it's OK to kill them. Why hold law enforcement to a high standard?
Many MAGA folks find the 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments inconvenient. They only know the 1st Amendment, although it only applies to things they agree with, and the 2nd Amendment. The other 25 are just filler, apparently.
You ask "Why hold law enforcement to a high standard?" The hyprocity is unbelievable - Do you remember this name? - Ashley Babbit? - She was shot and died while trying to enter the Capital building - Where is/was the outrage from the left? She had no weapon, she was just shot because - who can say why? And to top it off, the cop who shot her was awarded a medal. Where were the protests? Apparently, depending on the agenda, one officer if vilified and another is praised....

No, it depends on what the person who was shot was trying to do. The Trump mob was shouting and carrying signs and symbols (like a gallows) that indicated their goal was to murder members of the government.
Spin/excuse that all you like.

.......The grrmane question is, when should law enforcement use deadly force on someone resisting arrest? I would maintain that that should only be if a fleeing suspect poses a danger to others.....
.
I would change that just a bit to add the modifier "imminent". The rules for shooting a fleeing suspect are the same for shooting anybody else. The shooter must be able to articulate a reasonable fear of imminent danger to himself or others.

The video does show that she turned her wheels AWAY from her killer.
There are two defensive actions she could have performed, neither of which were advisible: accelerate straight ahead or slightly to the left in an attempt to run the thug down, or accelerate to the right and attempt to escape. Of course, her best course of action would have been to turn the engine off, put her hands on her head, and shout, "I LOVE PRESIDENT TRUMP!"
My opinion, which is unaffected by whatever political and legal issues come into play, is that she was simply trying to get the hell out of there.
If she were alive, yes. I'm betting she was already hurt or dead, had no control over direction the car would go.

Yeah, that's a good modification. It would prevent the cops from shooting the fleeing suspect on the pretext that he might go somewhere else and do some bad thing.
Contrary to the liberals fantasy apparently the agent was hit in the front by the car justifying the shooting
The latest information on Ross’ injury was first reported by CBS News, which cited two US officials familiar with his medical condition.
The immigration officer who fatally shot Minneapolis anti-ICE protester Renee Nicole Good suffered internal bleeding after being clipped in the harrowing encounter, according to a Department of Homeland Security official.. Veteran ICE agent Jonathan Ross suffered the bleeding to his torso, the DHS official said.
As another ICE officer told Good to get out of her vehicle, spouse Rebecca Good shouted at her to “Drive, baby, drive, drive,” according to footage captured on Ross’ phone.
I know that MAGA Tom is eager to "justify" the murder.
I doubt very much that the murderer needed more than a Band-Aid. Any injury that caused internal bleeding would have rendered him unable to run to the left side of the car and fire three shots.
I'm skeptical of what Trump's lackeys are saying because at least eight of them told us that the murderer had been "run down" or "run over."
But Tom is free to enthusiastically support murder if he wants. The victim was a liberal, after all. Deserved summary execution.
