Illegal Alien . . .

 After all of this rhetoric, one obsfucated and hidden fact remains - these people are illegal aliens who have no legal right to live in the United States. There are laws and a process in place that are being ignored. Everything else is just a smokescreen generated and fueled by Democrats who want to see these people here for one reason - their votes. Since the liberal left is so enamored with these people and their plight, I suggest that the same left liberals take these illegals into their homes and be held accountable for their actions. Then and possibly only then will these wrong thinking liberals get to see and experience the reality of allowing these illegals in our country. In other words, put your money where your mouth is - or shut up.

i.  If the Bill to which PJStroh refers is, in fact, as PJStroh describes, poor old DonDiego would've supported it also.  But even if the Democrats and, presumedly, PJStroh and DonDiego all agreed on this Bill there are many citizens who favor open borders as a necessary morally-necessary absolute good.  DonDiego disagrees with them.  The debate is ongoing.

DonDiego suggests PJStroh open his mind - not everything is easily ascribed solely to political parties.  Individuals are still permitted to think for themselves.

ii.  The gentleman in the video is an illegal alien.  That is a fact.  DonDiego supposes that fact would suggest a propensity to not obey the law.

 iii.  In response to questions as to poor old DonDiego's employment of the word: "invasion", he provided a definition - just as provided in the online dictionary Dictionary.com

The reader is entitled to interpret the most accurately descriptive of any of the definitions.  DonDiego is not surprised that PJStroh choose the least pleasant of the three alternatives.

What is racist about stating the fact that illegals commit crimes at a higher rate than legals?

I dont see any of DonDiego's three definitions of "invasion"  that are benign towards the group DonDiego uses that word to reference...or their motivations.   

As for the other point made about truth......The Florida bomber was of Filipino heritage.   This is not a well reported fact  because despite it being  true it is not relevant and has nothing to do with his dispicable actions.    Anyone who tried to connect his race to his actions would be truly off base and ignorant, wouldn't they?   Probably why the mainstream media ignored it.   Good thing he wasn't an illegal or DonDiego might have started a thread.

DonDiego does not care one whit about Cesar Sayoc's, "the Florida bomber's", ancestry either.

DonDiego was connecting the fact that the Arkansas-shooter entered the Country illegally to his actions.  DonDiego was not "connecting his race to his actions." (note i, below)

But, of more importance to the point of this thread, DonDiego does not care about the ancestry of Luis Cobos-Cenobio, the perpetrator of the shootout which is the subject of thisthread.

Cesar Sayoc, the accused bomber of Filipino heritage, was born in Brooklyn, New York.  This is, and was then, within the borders of the United States.  He entered the United States through his mother's birth canal.  He is thereby a legal citizen of the United States. [note ii, below]

Luis Cobos-Cenobio, the armed motorist in Arkansas, was born in, . . . well who knows !   But it was not the United States.  Hence he is an illegal alien.

DonDiego would prefer that any person born outside the United States enter the Country legally; or be rejected from entering this country. 

Allow poor old DonDiego to elucidate further.  In spite of what PJStroh may believe DonDiego does not care about a person's race.(note i, below)  He voted against Barack Obama twice because he opposes President Obama's policies.(note iii, below)  Poor old DonDiego actually, really, honestly attended a campaign rally for Herman Cain in 2012.  And it wasn't because he was Black; it was because he had been the CEO of Godfather's Pizza, the best pizza chain ever ! [note iv, below]

Notes:

i. On race: when little DonDiego was growing up there were 5 races: Caucasoid (White), Negroid (Black), Capoid (Bushmen/Hottentots), Mongoloid (Oriental/Amerindian), and Australoid (Australian Aborigine and Papuan).  Clearly these terms are no longer popular and DonDiego isn't sure anymore exactly what difference it makes anyway.  But it seems to poor old DonDiego that Cesar Sayoc and Luis Cobos-Cenobio and poor old DonDiego are all Caucasoids anyway.

ii. Indeed, if there were thousands of (Caucasoid) Filipinos employing their personal watercraft and crossing the Pacific Ocean to enter the United States illegally and if Mr. Sayoc had been an illegal alien, poor old DonDiego might well have started a thread as PJStroh suggests.  But there aren't and he isn't.

iii. DonDiego also voted against (Caucasoid) Hillary Clinton because he opposes her policies and questions her character, not because she is a woman.  DonDiego has had pleasant experiences with women, . . . other than Hillary.

iv. DonDiego is not implying that anyone who did not attend a (Negroid) Herman Cain rally hates Black people.

There are many stories of crimes committed by illegals that never seem to get reported on regular news.  Facts are not racist.  Here is just one example of a recent story (11/13) that I saw nowhere else.

Before being accused of murder he was arrested on suspicion of aggrevated assault, assault, and child abuse.

This connection is not valid.  The data already presented on this thread shows that collectively illegal immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than do natives.    So DonDiego's connection is not based upon data..it is not based upon facts that are readily available.   It is based upon a stereotype that he has ignorantly ascribed to people in spite of facts that refute his characterization.

Stereotypes and ignorance are not limited to race.  And I have no interest in personally impuning anyone with anything.  I dont have to infer DonDiego's vitriol towards the caravan is not backed up by facts.    Facts are not open to inference.

 DonDIego's stereotype of connecting illegal immigrant to high rates of crime is not based upon fact....it is based upon his disposition towards them despite the facts.   I'm sorry if DonDiego believes  that I am attacking him when I point this true statement out.

Here is another fact....the caravan is not a group of "illegal aliens" as DonDeiego frequently refers to them.   They are migrants that are heading to the United States whereby they have stated their intention is to legally apply for assylum.   So when DonDiego applies his incorrect profile of "illegal aliens" upon this group - that in of itself is factually untrue 

This fact has been presented without the intention to impune or attack anyone.  

They have also stated their intention that if they are not allowed in, they are going to storm the fence or entry way, much like how they got into Mexico.

Once they do that what will PJ call them?
