I'm disappointed that Minneapolis didn't eliminate their police department

As people across the country have realized that neutering our police departments have caused crime to surge, Minneapolis politicians wanted to double down on their terrible idea.  I wish the nuts would have succeeded.

We would have watched Minneapolis stand out even further as a place of lawlessness.  Minneapolis would have been lesson 1a of what not to do for the balance of the country, helping those places pass sensible policies to protect the good people at the expense of the criminals.

It's a shame.

I hear you. I was hoping that tRump's coup would've been successful so America would have gone to Civil War. I'm tired of seeing those old-timey pictures from back in the day, so seeing some new cool video of all the tRump traitors being hunted down and shot in the street would've been fun.

What Boiler is conveniently ignoring is that this result pretty much shoots in the head the RepubliQ contention that "all dem LIBURRULS done wants to defund da police." That was never a mainstream idea, in Minneapolis or anywhere else, any more than "kill all Mexicans" is a mainstream idea, just because you see that slogan painted on the sides of pickup trucks in Texas.

For Stalker, Boiler, Charles, and the rest of our conservitards, what the insurrectionists did was honorable and heroic. Especially smearing shit on the Capitol walls--that was particularly noble. (Even more so than murder and assault.)
