American citizens are disgusted with this latest attempt by Republicans to fuck up the country with yet another shutdown. A scientific poll and examination of today's social media posts found that 33,000 people (so far!) have renounced the Republican party.

Those posts include federal employees who are afraid they will lose their jobs because of the impending Turd tantrum.

I'd love to think American voters were intelligent enough to care about Democracy.  THey dont.   If Jan 6 didnt impact their vote in 2024 then troops in Portland wont impact it next year.

The Joe Biden voters from 2020 who went for Trump in 2024 didnt do so because of drag queens and woke people.    THey were pissed about inflation.    And Republicans promised to address it.    They've made it worse.   And they cant blame a pandemic.    And now jobs are going away too.

Oh, I couldn't agree more. I've always said that Americans vote with their rice bowls. Full--vote for the present ruling party. Empty--vote for the opposition.

That's why people are mad about the shutdown. If it continues, it'll cost everyone money and essential services. The ones who are even more affected are those federal employees who survived the DOGE cuts and now are threatened with losing their jobs. Their horrid Turd boss has now scared the crap out of them twice in less than a year. Will they be voting MAGA next year?
