Are people who apply for asylum under the laws of the United States "illegals?"

Are people who arrive legally with visas under the laws of the United States, "illegals?"

Will you clear that up for me?

Biden is skirting the law.  All who cross the border illegally should be considered "Illegals", but since Biden is bastardizing American law, they can move around our country legally.  If Biden was following our laws on the books, this wouldn't be happening.

This is one of the most stupid policies ever.

How many who cross our border illegally qualify for asylum?  Of those who don't qualify for asylum, how many go through the legal citizenship process, and how many are in the wind?
