In Colorado - Progressive prosecutor lets illegal immigrant teen off easy after 90-mph crash that killed 24-year-old woman

The Democratic party cares more about illegal aliens than they do about American citizens. - A teenage illegal immigrant who killed a 24-year-old Colorado woman during a high-speed crash was given a lenient plea deal by a progressive district attorney that allowed him to walk free without serving any jail time. The 15-year-old Colombian teen, who has not been publicly named because of state laws that shield the identity of underage criminal suspects, was sentenced to two years probation and 100 hours of community service for the July 2024 death of Kaitlyn Weaver - The office of Arapahoe County District Attorney Amy Padden offered the teen a plea deal if he admitted his guilt in the deadly crash. -However, in January, Padden, who received endorsements from Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Democratic Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, informed the Weaver family her office would negotiate a probation plea deal. -John Weaver noted that the teen who killed his daughter was in the United States illegally and unlicensed.-- Unfortunately, this is a recurring problem in blue states, counties, and cities.- This is what you get when you vote for the Democratic Party. --https://www.foxnews.com/us/progressive-prosecutor-lets-illegal-immigrant-teen-easy-horror-crash-killed-24-year-old-woman

15 year olds don't get the death penalty for accidents, even in Tay-ucks-ass. Even if they are FEELTHY IMMERGENTS. Sorry.

Millerscum does deserve severe punishment, though, for his multiple crimes.

When murdering/ killing another human, the age of the killer should not matter when convicted of said crime and the punishment should be either life in prison without parole - or- execution.

The justice system of the United States as well as that of virtually every civilized nation on Earth disagrees with you. Furthermore, an accidental death is NOT mutder--it is, at worst, negligent homicide.

Put aside your irrational hatred.

What is "mutder"? The key word in your response is "virtually" - some nations have it right. When someone dies at the hand of or because of the actions of another - it constitues murder - no matter what the age of the killer is. It may be called/labeled "negligent homocide" - that does not change the fact that the actions of one resulted in the death of another.

Your view, perhaps--and I doubt that you're even telling the truth--but not that of our justice system

End of thread.

Our "justice system" is flawed - committing an act that results in the death of another human is morally and legally wrong. The only just punishment(s) are (1) life in prison without parole -or - (2) death by execution.

I'll tell that to the next police officer I see. The next soldier, too.

Tell them what?  Hell, the police and soldiers agree with me.
