Both kinds of votes are VALID, and count equally. This has already been hashed over countless times.
Republican voters tend to vote in person, because they can't figure out how to mail a ballot.

DemocRats like mail in ballots because they get paid to mail in multiple ballots to cheat - especially the illegal non citizens and the dead. Without the need to produce provable legal I.D. they have distorted and corrupted the voting process and results.
