Untrue. President Trump wants for other nations to come to America, tariff free - and build like the Taiwan invester is doing, who is not receiving any subsidy money. The billions in subsuidies from the Chips act will be funneled into reducing the national debt. The chip manufacturers who are currently using that money are not using the momey for the intended purposes.
