Donny the Rapist has been accused of sexual crimes by 28 women, but only 13 of his crimes were rape: the rest were sexual assault.

I would think that ancient up to early modern emperors, kings, etc. would have had carte blanche to fondle, grope, etc. any women they pleased, as long as their victims were of lower social standing. Likewise, if they wanted to have sex with someone, it might have been fatal to refuse. Plus, probably most of their targets were ultimately willing or at least were rewarded somehow.

So that leaves us with modern monarchs, dictators, and democratically elected leaders in societies where rape, even by leaders, is a crime. I can't think of very many such leaders who were rapists. All that come to mind are Beria (Stalin's goon), who raped several dozen women--but he wasn't the leader of Russia. Maybe some of the various tinpot dictators in Asia, Africa, South America-- but I'm thinking that they might have gotten their jollies via coercion rather than outright force.

Another difference is that Trump is a forcible rapist who committed all his rapes before he came to power. Most multiple rapists wind up in prison, not the Oval Office. Multiple rape is certainly much easier if you're an emperor/dictator/king, and maybe wouldn't even be considered rape by their societies.

Nope, I'm afraid that Donny the Rapist is all but unique in world history.

And you MAGAs voted for him and ADMIRE him! You're all sickos.

(Now tell us it was all a witch hunt and he's never laid a finger on anyone! LOL!!!)
