I said I wish the people nothing but the best. I also said I hope they are able to institute a government that works out well for them.
I did speculate that they will be better off without the ayatollah. That certainly doesn't mean I support or endorse what I believe to be an unconstitutional action.
I then posed a question about whether the eldest son of the former Shaw will end up as a leader. I never sad whether he should or shouldn't be.
I am unable to make the explanation you requested of me because I am not sure I agree with the premise.
I don't have enough information about either hypothetical leader to speculate.
We removed their leader, which was evidently Trump's goal. Whether that illegal action was even sort of justified would depend on whether it improves the Iranian people's situation--and there's no reason to think that it has. The new boss could be the same as the old boss--or much worse.
It would be very much like Trump getting his head blown off and being replaced by Vance. Not necessarily an improvement at all, and in fact possibly the reason people aren't taking potshots at the Turd every other day.
So it's not the Assaholah, it's the regime. Killing him didn't solve jack shit.
