Is It Self Defense If You Shoot An Anti Vaxxer?

In light of how some states' self-defense laws are so expansive, would one be within their rights to use lethal force against an anti-vaxxer that was endangering people by exposing them to a potential COVID infection? 

I was thinking back to my experiences during the pandemic. Towards the beginning I had several people come up to me in public and get within a few feet of me and go on to explain how it is all a hoax and there is no need to wear a mask. 

Then there was the guy that came up to me and started talking about microchips and bill gates before the vaccines were released.

And there are numerous everyday people I encounter that say they will never get vaccinated.

If I were an immunocompromised person, would I be within my rights to shoot someone like that when they approached me?

Was it my duty to neutralize that lady on my last flight to Vegas that refused to follow the crew's instructions and kept taking off her mask?  Wasn't she intentionally jeopardizing everyone's health on the plane?

Yes!! We have the Rittenhouse Doctrine to guide us here: if you feel threatened, that gives you the automatic right to kill whomever you think is threatening you. Therefore, you would have been well within your rights to swiftly blow any of those people away. Advocates of gun love would heartily agree with you.

In fact, this should be extended to include any Republican who voted for one or more of those asshole anti-vax, anti-mask politicians whose showboating and political posturing have prolonged the pandemic and killed hundreds of thousands of people. You voted for Abbott or DeSantis? BLAM! Self-defense, and obviously justified.

And voting for Cuomo being the absolute worst!

Lemme see...are you outraged about the sexual harrassment allegations against Cuomo...while you cheered for self-admitted President Pussy-Grabber, who has been accused of rape by at least twelve women?

Just wanted to check if your outrage meter is properly calibrated.

 Lemme see, how many nursing home elderly people did President Trump MURDER and then cover up?  How many women have accused Cuomo with sexual harrassment allegations, for which he is going to trial for?  Pussy grabber? - kevin, I am sure YOU have never done that and/or bragged about doing that - right?
