Also, most of the things you list, even making the real stretch of an assumption that your Tom-stats are accurate, are things that Biden didn't do. He didn't invade Ukraine. He didn't start the Israel-Hanas war. He didn't create WORLDWIDE inflation. Crime is down, regardless of what people's approval rating may be. The economy is doing very well. Et cetera.

Harris is part of the administration & when she isn't giggling, has constantly defended these policies.  Therefore she is is part of the program and will have to run on them

For starters, she has no legislative or executive authority and cannot create policy. Nor does she have enforcement power.

I have never thought those poll numbers reflected reality. The results of polls reflect how a question was asked more than the question itself, and who was asked. 

Also, those who said they wanted to lick Trump's balls in November may have simply been expressing dissatisfaction with Biden.

The czar term has been around a while.

As the number 2 in the Administration she is part of the biden failures as illustrated by the polls.  So she can't pretend the failures are not hers

Last week harris was saying that biden was well and on top of his game.  Suddenly he is out.  How does harris square that circle?

It has but it hasn't been in use for 20+ years. When there were czars in the past they were granted specific powers to exercise.

She didn't receive any special powers and she isn't a czar becuase she was never appointed as one. It is just made up bullshit because the Republicans have nothing else.
