It is time for the 25th Amendment to be invoked

Nothing Biden ever did even remotely approaches the danger, the harm,  and the stupidity of Trump's recent actions.

  Under Biden - Afghanistan - allowing millions of unvetted illegal aliens and terrorists to enter  America - shutting down and depleting  Americas oil - gutting the military - ruining America's economy --- these are a few examples of the danger and stupidity he caused. You have a lot of room to accuse anyone of what you do routinely - namely your name calling and insults. Civility is a word never used in respect to the content of your postings. 

For the 25th amendment to be invoked it would require the vice president and a majority of executive department heads to declare the president unfit to perform duties. I don't see that happening. 

Both MAGA and the Republicans won't stand up to him now; they're sure not going to invoke the 25th Amendment. Unfortunately, once again, with him in office, I'm forced to vote a straight Democratic ticket nationally. There must be some checks and balances; this ruling by Executive order is out of control.

The voters are not a "check" on the President. Congress and the courts are supposed to do that. They're allowing Trump to run wild.

I agree the executive branch has usurped a lot of power over time. The violations have increased exponentially in recent years. The legislature can and should put an end to this and reclaim be power they have delegated over the years.
