A federal judge in Louisiana has released four illegal immigrants with lengthy rap sheets that include convictions for murder and child sex crimes from law enforcement custody earlier this month. On Feb. 6, Judge John deGravelles, an Obama appointee who sits on the bench for the Middle District Court of Louisiana, granted the four defendants release from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, the Department of Homeland Security said.

"The ramifications will only be the continued rape, murder, assault, and robbery of more American victims," said Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. "Releasing these monsters is inexcusably reckless.

The four defendants include Ibrahim Ali Mohammed, an Ethiopian citizen convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor. An immigration judge issued him a final order of removal on Sept, 5, 2024. He was released into the United States by the Biden administration.

Luis Gaston-Sanchez, from Cuba, has convictions for homicide, assault, resisting an officer, concealing stolen property and two counts of robbery. An immigration judge issued a deportation order for him on Sept. 24, 2001.

Ricardo Blanco Chomat, also a Cuban citizen, has convictions for homicide, kidnapping, aggravated assault with a firearm, burglary, robbery, larceny and selling cocaine. A deportation order was issued for him on March 27, 2002.

Francisco Rodriguez-Romero was previously convicted of homicide and a weapons offense. He was ordered to be deported on May 30, 1995.

Apparently one of the men was released in 2001 and another in 2002. Did we have a liberal president back then? 

Looks like Democrat administrations refused to deport two of them and a Republican administration refused to deport two of them. 

They should have been deported immediately after their criminal convictions. Looks like both sides of the aisle drop the ball on this one.

There are several other threads on immigration. 🧐 Tom tries to redirect the topic to an entirely different subject because he is uncomfortable with the truth that the MAGA movement is a violent one. So Tom get some credit for realizing there is a problem that he can't address without being disloyal to his cult. 

Yes, there are awful people that are immigrants but there are awful people that are American citizens. For example there is currently a violent convicted felon, that raped a woman and all evidence points to being a pedo that protects other pedos currently occupying the White House. 

I don't think you have a leg to stand complaining about the crimes of anybody else as you voted for this awful person that violates the law and commits crimes day after day. 

All the statistics I have seen show that immigrants are less likely to engage in criminal behavior because they want to stay here. Trump breaks the law every day by ignoring court orders, entering people's homes without a warrant and having a gangs of violent masked thugs on the street that harass both immigrants and American citizens.

Let's not let stupid Tom take over this thread with his stupid Tom-lies. Aside from the fact that he's using the actions of four individuals to demonize a group of eleven million people (Tom-logic), I'd like to discuss the actual topic of this thread.

MAGA is, at its heart, a child of the 1950s. Men were men, everybody smoked, women were barefoot and pregnant, there were no silly civil rights for them niggahs, and violence was the go-to solution for all problems.

MAGA's foundation is old men who remember that period very fondly, especially since back then, they could still get it up. They LUVVVV Trump because he's a bully ("strong") and pays no attention to that manners, courtesy, and common decency stuff. His constantly spewed race hatred is sweet music to their ears. They long for a return of the time when you could shoot a Mexican and all that would happen is the sheriff would buy you a beer.

We have to remember, the MAGA philosophies and actions that we find so utterly abhorrent are considered wonderful and stimulating by a significant part of the population. We mourned the ICE killings in Minneapolis; people like David and Tom had multiple orgasms.

So that's why violence is a foundational tenet of the cult.

WHo needs data when you can cherry pick an anecdote?   

The majority of people being picked up by ICE have no criminal record beyond being in this country illegally.     If you are for that - OK fine.      If you try and cover up that data by pointing to one instance where one bad person was deported correctly - then you are lying about the effort and embarrassed to make your case for the broader policy.
