Did you hear this as a certainty, or is it just your best guess? I mean, I agree with you that Vance is probably the choice for First Lackey, but I thought that Trump was spending his time on social media painting himself as a martyr.

I'd sleep better at night with Vance at the top of the ticket compared to Trump.   

And the VP debate wont happen.    Unlike Biden,  Kamala Harris is sharp and articulate.    It wont be an hour of MAGA lies going unchecked like the Biden debate.   No way Trump takes that chance.

I can't believe he'll be the 2028 Prez candidate. Brutal. If you haven't read his book, now's the time. He makes Trump's bullshitting read like Abraham Lincoln's "I cannot tell a lie."

God, this is so funny. We did a book club meeting regarding Hillbilly Elegy. It's such bullshit, it's actually funny. Thank God I'm white and German. I can deal, thrive even.

Hillbilly Elegy was the most obviously manipulative, cherry-picking of info, narcissistic, semi-sob-story I have ever seen posing as non-fiction. Other than that, I like the guy. LOL. The liberal establishment is so screwed.

Vance spends the entire book propping up the storyline of bootstraps and rising from the family ashes, and just about everybody I know had it tougher than him. I, like Vance, am from a small coal-mining town. Went to college on a scholarship. And didn't know which fork to use. LOL. Sorry, folks, you are in for a lot of torture. We all are. But that's why they pay us the big money.

I was hoping it would be Gabbard, but knew it would be Vance. Good luck, USA. You might be better off if Trump could run for some third and fourth terms. Believe me. 

I don't know how old you are, PJ, but remember these posts 10 years from now when you're going to need some serious Sominex. This is like when Thor arrives in Wakanda in Avengers Endgame and Bruce Banner says, "You are all so screwed."

Trump is going to look like a gentle soul after Vance takes the reins. Hell, I might head for Costa Rica.
