Jack Smith's conclusion on Trump

Sounds about right, to me.

Jack Smith, in final report, says voters saved Trump from being convicted in Jan. 6 case - ABC News

""The Department's view that the Constitution prohibits the continued indictment and prosecution of a President is categorical and does not turn on the gravity of the crimes charged, the strength of the Government's proof, or the merits of the prosecution, which the Office stands fully behind," the report said. "Indeed, but for Mr. Trump's election and imminent return to the Presidency, the Office assessed that the admissible evidence was sufficient to obtain and sustain a conviction at trial.""

Who confirmed Jack Smith with AG powers as Special Investigator?  Was in Congress?  Senate?  Oh, he was just slotted in most irregularily.  Excellent, so he's a special Gestapo appointment.  How will you feel if Trump does this same BS?

Interesting. Biden can hold onto all the classified documents he wants, yet nothing happens to democrats. This was nothing more than a witch hunt that failed.--- Democrats spent 4 years doing election interference using fake dossiers and lies. According to this report, then they should all be prosecuted, starting with Obama and Hillary. Are they sure they wanted this report released??? Incriminates Democrats way more than it does Trump!--- Regardless of Jack Smiths heavily biased ‘report’, Trump did not attempt to ‘steal’ the election, every Republican knows and most democrats are privately aware of the fact that the election was stolen FROM Trump.--- So in 6 days, release the Hur interview video of Biden in its entirety. Let it all be unveiled and not partisan dribble from only one party determined to undermine the other--- Just one more reason for America to vote every Vile DemocRAT out of office.--Jack also has another document with information on pee tapes...and..Russian collusion....but nothing on the Big Guy

I can't quote you because the way you posted is all screwed up. Suffice it to say the report has been released, I'm fine with MAGA going after anyone they want to. The history of MAGA or the Republicans finding anything to prosecute has been dismal, from Benghazi to Durham to the huge lie that the 2020 election was stolen. All MAGA failures. Remember the Biden impeachment and Hunter investigation? 1.5 years and nothing.

Let me know when MAGA gets anything done, thanks.

"In United States v. Nixon (1974), the Supreme Court reviewed the authority of a special prosecutor (a predecessor to the modern special counsel) to subpoena the president. The Court described that special prosecutor as having been appointed pursuant to the attorney general’s statutory power “to appoint subordinate officers to assist him in the discharge of his duties.” In support of the attorney general’s power to appoint special prosecutors, the Court cited the same four statutory provisions that Attorney General Garland would later cite in his appointment of Smith."

I look forward to your legal analysis of this Supreme Court precedent, it is an interesting question.

I've decided not to follow the second Trump administration, so he can do anything he wants. I'll be traveling, gambling, and just plain having fun. I'm looking forward to voting for President in 2028.

The ONLY reason you say and will do this is because you don't want to face the music when you are proven wrong again and again the next 4 years. So take your ball and go home, no one wants to play your ignorant game anyway.

The DOJ, FBI and Democrats have been stonewalling the GOP.  If you had broad news sources you would know this.

Anyone who has eyes and ears saw and heard all of Trump's numerous crimes because they are mostly on video and audio.   I dont need Jack SMith's report to see Trump inciting a riot on Jan 6....or shaking down a governor to find votes for him....or intimidating election workers.....or sending fake electors....or ordering his VP to decertify the election.

People are already sitting in prison for some of those offenses and Trump was scheduled for his day in court for all of them.    He got a "Get out of jail free" card with the election...and he's going to hand out "get out of jail free cards" to the scumbags who beat up cops and destroyted the Capital in the riot he incited.

But  - he's still a convicted felon.   And everybody knows what he did post election 2020.   If nothing else I sleep well at night knowing I didnt vote for that scumbag.

Our resident MAGAs are filled with shame for their supporting a criminal, so they frantically pitch excuses, dream up "reasons" why the Turd is innocent 😂😂😂, and paint everyone involved in prosecuting the Orange Felon as politically motivated, corrupt, "DEI" (especially if they're a WOOMUN), etc. etc. etc.

It would be much easier for them to admit the truth. It's ludicrous seeing them tie themselves into knots trying to justify their LUVVV for a criminal.

Aah but I do have broad news sources, and I decide what is credible and what isn't, just like everyone else. Have you been enjoying CNN?
