Jack Smith's conclusion on Trump

The ONLY reason you say and will do this is because you don't want to face the music when you are proven wrong again and again the next 4 years. So take your ball and go home, no one wants to play your ignorant game anyway.

I'll be around, but I have no interest in debating drama queen Trump's daily drama. So far I've noticed several headlines that are more of the same drama he created in his last term, and he's not even President yet. So I will pass on Canada becoming the 51st state, buying Greenland, sending the military to seize the Panama Canal, and creating the External Revenue Service.

I do look forward to your celebrations when he ends the Russia/Ukraine war in 24 hours, lowers all prices, deports 1 million illegal immigrants a year, and puts tariffs on all our imports.

Since I've never predicted what will happen in the future, I don't have any music to face, although I may put on a Michael Franti album while I pack for my next trips. Vegas in February and a Caribbean cruise in March, I've booked a few campsites for this summer. I'm thinking about Dominica or San Jose del Cabo for the fall. See you at TSA pre-check or Global entry!

Right on, Max.  I love me some Michael Franti and Spearhead.  We used the music from "My Dream Team" for a sports talk show I did about 25 years ago.  Interestingly, I am also heading to Vegas in February and have a Mexican Riviera cruise in March.  Enjoy your trips.

You too!

So what was the felony he was convicted of ?  Was this the hush money case, or something else ?

The felonies were for the hush money. The falsifying of business records, the refusal to return classified documents, and the election interference cases are all in some sort of limbo. The civil judgments against Trump have mostly been suspended or are under appeal.

Trump was absolutely right about one thing--he could shoot someone in broad daylight and there would be no consequences. That he'll soon be the most powerful man in the world is kind of terrifying, given that he knows that.

It will have to come down to a Second Amendment solution. Either that, or we all die in a nuclear war.

Dang, didn't we all die in a nuclear war when Trump was President during his first term?  We have to go through that AGAIN?

Oh wait, it was a time of Peace and Prosperity except for those Democrats and Globalists that tried every dirty trick known and newly invented to subvert him in any possible way they could.

Yeah, poor Trumpy-poo, a noble, shining white knight surrounded by evil nogooders who wished to thwart his holy deeds.

Ya ever listen to yerself. cupcake?

Jack Smith, in final report, says voters saved Trump from being convicted in Jan. 6 case - ABC News

""The Department's view that the Constitution prohibits the continued indictment and prosecution of a President is categorical and does not turn on the gravity of the crimes charged, the strength of the Government's proof, or the merits of the prosecution, which the Office stands fully behind," the report said. "Indeed, but for Mr. Trump's election and imminent return to the Presidency, the Office assessed that the admissible evidence was sufficient to obtain and sustain a conviction at trial.""

I wished Max lived near me like PJ does.  We could put a bet on the Trump conviction being overturned.  It was one of the most crooked weaponization of government ever.  Anyone who doesn't think so is watching the same news outlets that convinced Liberals that Biden is snappy.  You're out of touch...by design.

The Lawyers, judge, and jury (the last of which Trumps lawyers all gave a thumbs up to) were all Deep State boogeymen.     Thats what MAGA people like Boilerman tell themselves to rationalize their support for a convicted felon.

Im not the least bit worried about Trumps revenge "lawfare" escapade because all the Deep State boogeymen in the world cant convict someone without evidence.    And thats really the difference.   Boilerman doesnt deny any of the evidence - he's just upset our justice system had the audacity to hold Trump accountable for it.

Too bad he never saw his day in court for the rest of it.   He would be in prison right now.

PJ, I mostly agree with you, but remember what Trump's lawsuits are always all about, both offensive and defensive. He seems to delay justice when on defense, and when on offense, he doesn't expect to win--but he'll bleed the bank accounts of his targets. Just getting a Trump lawsuit tossed for lack of merit will still cost tens of thousands of dollars and months of time.

It's sicko how MAGA keeps keeping about "lawfare" when their orange master is an avid practitioner of it.
