Every single individual who participated in, incited, or abetted the insurrection is guilty of treason, sedition, and murder and should be tried and executed.

I don't understand why this is requiring special hearings. If I tried to overthrow my government, if I committed murder, they'd haul me away. And they wouldn't need to convene a Senate panel to do that.

Many of the judges who will be hearing these cases, as well as many of the Congresspersons and senators conducting the hearings, are old doddering senile conservative evil fucks themselves. So these hearings will be a tale full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. You can't expect justice when so many of the judges are on the side of the criminals.
