1) If the economy remains hot - the Republican plan is to bitch about inflation.
2) If inflation comes down the Republican plan is to bitch about a slowing economy.
And you've seen the resident short bus kid on both sides of that equation over the last few months. He's not alone. And thats what Republicans bring to the table.
And don't forget: if gas prices go up, that's entirely the work of eeeeeevil Biden, who, bwa ha ha ha haaaa, completely controls the fossil fuel markets--including worldwide; but if gas prices go down, Biden has nothing to do with it.
You have to think like a Republican if you're ever going to understand them. Pretty much the same thing you have to do to train a dog (dogs are smarter, though).
