Did the judge use CAPITAL LETTERS?
David understanding of the legal system is that of a 3rd grader. A hearing was set for Thursday. At that hearing both sides will present their arguments and a day or so after that he will issue a ruling on the motion.
This is what I understand - A judge has denied California Gov. Gavin Newsom's for an immediate restraining order on Trump deploying the military in Los Angeles. U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer declined Newsom's emergency request, but granted the Trump administration's request for more time to respond to the governor's filing. A court hearing regarding the matter is scheduled for Thursday.
This isn't a ruling on the merits. Courts almost never issue orders without hearing from both sides. Trump gets till Thursday to make his case.

In the meantime, Newscum's asinine request has been denied. Apparently my 3rd grade understanding of the legal system is more than enough to be able to read and comprehend what my original post stated.

Nope. No ruling yet either way. You apparently don't have that 3rd grade ability.
I was wrong on one point. The judge only gave Trump a day instead of two. Trump's response is due today at 11 am.

Dude you painted a one-day extension to respond as some sort of great victory. It was not.
