Kaepernick Gets 50 Million Plus Settlement From NFL

Sweet.  The exact details aren't known but CBS Sports is reporting it is substantially more than 50 million.

Edited to add, the Bleacher report says it is in the 60-80 million dollar range.

Wow, that makes Kap the highest paid NFL QB per-year over the last two years.

Kap was a terrible QB, once they changed the QB becomes a runner rule. If he was a great QB he would be playing!!!!!

Well when he took the knee someone should have kicked his ass. Out of respect nobody should take a knee. This shows just a tad (huge) about the person's respect for our Country and should be taken out of the game forever. He is a disgrace to his team and team members. NO CLASS on his part......

Well and correctly said Tom.

Too bad he couldn't be a patriot and dodge the Vietnam war with a fake note from his doctor....and then ridicule the POW's who did go.

I never get bored listening to Trump or his  cheerleaders cry about nfl players taking a knee during the anthem.

As usual, Mark and PJ can not stay on topic. Krapabovethe neck is a traitor who bashes the very country that has paid him millions to play a game - a game that he was pathetic playing. Anyone besmurching the Flag or National Anthem does not deserve to live in our great country.

Now he is getting paid more than he would have if he would have played the game. The amount of the settlement tells me that the NFL acted illegally and they knew there was damning evidence that proved they acted illegally.  There was also probably some very embarrassing racists correspondence between the owners that they didn't want to see the light of day.

Hell, if Kap would have taken this to court and won there is a very good chance he would have gotten less than 30 million maybe, even as low as 10 million.
