Kaepernick Workout Produces a Tryout with the Cleveland Browns

As usual, Kevin lies again and again. Anyone reading anything he posts needs to double check his twisted rhetoric. I do not believe any of his BS.

You call me a liar because I keep pointing out what a twisted, traitorous Nazi scum you are. No other good reason. I spank you daily, and God, how you hate that.

Kevin Lewis loses !

Poor old DonDiego just spent all of 10 minutes doing a bit of research at Sports Illustrated Guide to NFL Owners .

__It seems a mite less than half of team owners prefer to support Republican causes and candidates.

__Maybe 8-to-10 support Democrat causes and candidates; the Carolina Panthers owner has called President Donald Trump "the father of lies", apparently the most radical owner !

__Most of the others contribute to both sides, or show little political affinity.  And 2 franchises are unique: i. the Packers are owned by thousands of shareholders, and the Broncos franchise is presently tied-up in a trust.

 * It is remakable that this information is readily available in seconds on the world-wide-internets, . . . but some people prefer to just make outrageous, misinformed statements on the matter in on-line chatrooms.

I must gently educate poor DonDiego that a given person's political donations are not necessarily an indication of that person's political ideology and/or party affiliation. Thus, from that article alone, we do not know how many of the NFL owners are, as I stated, "radical right-wingers." As DonDiego himself noted, many people, particualrly wealthy individuals, contribute to both parties.

This includes the Panthers owner who made a highly critical statement about Trump. Though Trumpers would have you believe otherwise, loathing for Trump is not confined to Democrats. Thus, we do not know what the Panthers owner's political leanings are.

I am disappointed in DonDiego that he does not understand that information gathered "in seconds" on the internet is almost never reliable, and in this case, DonDiego was so anxious to "prove" me wrong that he dredged up information that has very little to do with my speculation re the ideological leanings of NFL owners.

Kaepernick has the skills to start for most NFL teams (though he's probably rusty). Several teams have a quarterback who is less talented than he. But his very mild acts of protest have made him toxic. Too bad, because I can think of at least half a dozen teams that would be improved by hiring him.

NFL owners are all rich old white men who don't like the idea of an uppity black man and are dyed-in-the-wool political conservatives. They tolerate having black players because they know they couldn't field competitive teams if they only hired white players. But when one of them gits uppity--well, tarnation, that thar's the limit!

The message to black people nationwide is crystal-clear: we'll let you work for us, if you're really talented. But keep your no-good darkie mouths shut.

These rich old white owners already employ plenty of, as Kevin describes them, uppity black men.  Kevin accurately posts that Kaepernick is toxic.  Many fans will be lost to the team who signs him to a contract.  That's the single reason that he doesn't have a job.

The one thing that brings in the fans is winning. If a player helps his team to win, ultimately, the fans don't care if he's a serial rapist.

I would also expect at least some fans to be sympathetic to Kaepernick, who, after all, lost his job and possibly his career by exercising his right to free speech.

KKevfin Lewis proclaimed: ""I would wager that at least 28 or 29 out of the 30 [NFL owners] are radical right-wingers. Thus the racism."

Poor old DonDiego provided evidence that more than 4 of the NFL owners contribute to Democrat candidates and causes.

Kevin Lewis states that "information gathered in seconds on the internet" is unreliable.

DonDiego suggests that Kevin Lewis should provide at least some some data, . . . and better data than poor old DonDiego could come up with . . . , to support his claim that "at least 28 or 29 out of the 30 NFL owners are radical right-wingers."

(After all, that is a pretty serious charge.)

DonDiego invites him to take as long as he needs on the internets or even in libraries.

Having read the article that DonDiego so helpfully provided, I would amend my statement to say that most NFL owners are extremely wealthy old white men--and most of the remainder are extremely wealthy old white women.

I have already pointed out the fact that a person's political donations are not a reliable indicator of his/her political affiliation and/or ideology. Hell, Trump regularly donated to both parties before he morphed into President Orangutan.

I would like to reiterate my basic point (which, as so often happens, got lost in the shuffle), that systematic racism, a salient feature of rich old white folks, who own almost all of the NFL teams, is what has kept Kaepernick on the sidelines.

People don't like angry black men. Especially people in power.

DonDiego is pleased to have educated Kevin Lewis that all NFL owners are wealthy.

DonDiego questions whether "systematic racism is a salient feature of rich old white folks".  DonDiego opines everybody is an individual; individuals - even rich old white folks - are capable of holding individual opinions.

And DonDiego opines that even if "systemic racism were a salient feature of rich old white folks" Kevin Lewis has not provided sufficient evidence that NFL owners are overwhelmingly racist.

At the commencement of the 2014 NFL Season (the latest data available) 68 percent of NFL Players were African-American. Ref: heavy.com

DonDiego opines that Kevin Lewis has not made a case that racism is the reason Mr. Kaepernik remains unemployed.

DonDiego suggests that the return of Mr. Kaepernik to the NFL would not be economically beneficial to the NFL.

Oh, . . . and at least one sports journalist offers another conclusion not related to racism:

"From the perspective of NFL owners, here's what all of this means regarding Kaepernick: They don't like that national anthem thing, but they could get over that in a hurry (see Reid). They believe the now 31-year-old quarterback who took the 49ers to two NFC Championship Games and a Super Bowl is closer at this point of his career to Rice (can't play anymore) than to Hunt and Reid (capable of adding more billions to the league's billions)."

Ref: Forbes

. . . makes sense to poor old DonDiego.

Oh, . . . and there's this possibility:

"If all you have is a hammer,  everything looks like a nail."

"If all you have is a hatred of wealthy old white men, everything looks like racism."

Kaepernick rubbed all those wealthy old folks the wrong way. Trump is against free speech, and they all loooove Trump (with the one exception noted).

I realize that the source you quoted believes that for an NFL quarterback, 31 years old is almost dead, but many NFL quarterbacks past and present have played to that point and well beyond. Also, he hasn't played for three years, so there wouldn't be the same toll on his body as a player who had been active from college up until now.

Old rich white folks love black athletes as long as they make lots of money for their teams. When they won't keep their mouths shut, though, that love goes south in a hurry.

As usual, Kevin is lying. Krapabovetheneck did not lose his job as Kevin stated --" Kaepernick, who, after all, lost his job and possibly his career by exercising his right to free speech."---He opted out of his contract -AND- was offered a contract by John Elway of the Denver Broncos, which he did not take.  Read here--https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/john-elway-blames-colin-kaepernick-for-no-job-had-his-chance-to-be-here-omits-key-fact/

First things first..................Kevin should at minimum learn how many NFL teams there are.
