They're kind of stupid in Kentucky.

They are number 13 in highest gun mortality rate

I guess they want to be #1.   Its good to have goals.

As someone that lives 20 minutes from Kentucky, I can tell you they really have their priorities out of wack. They desperately need to make a sanctuary for teeth.

But guns are so MANLY!!!

They need the guns so they can make the David Millers of the world squeal like pig. 

The real joke is that Kentucky doesn't have the power to either validate or reject the Constitution. So this bill they passed is nothing but meaningless conservitard performance art.
