It's the most likely outcome, since historically, home teams facing elimination do very well; even if they eventually lose the series, they don't want to go out in front of their fans. Then, the Knicks would exert maximum effort to avoid returning to San Antonio for a decisive Game 7.
The books seem to agree, as the Spurs are -200 to win Game 5. That translates to a two out of three chance of winning.
The Spurs will win the championship if they stave off elimination in Game 5 and Trump shows up at MSG for Game 6.
