I see now. You conflated the term "Bad actors" with "grocery stores"...and more specifically "Kroger".

The Biden/Harris administration also went after "bad actors" in the pharma world who were making US taxpayers pay 10X as much for insulin as the rest of the free world. To use Tom's logic - Kroger is in the pharma industry - which is to say they are the end retailer. So thats who was targeted in the insulin crackdown, right?

But when someone suggests that we should prevent price gouging - during an emergency - you get: HOW COULD YOU IMAGINE MANUFACTURERS, WHOLESALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND MEATPACKERS EXPLOITING AN EMERGENCY???
