Actually, the comparison is quite valid. Neither has any meaningful business experience. Kushner was just handed wads of money by Trump and told to go blow it on influence-peddling--which he did. Biden, like Kushner, used his family connections to get ahead.
Neither idiot's activities have been illegal. But conservitards getting their panties knotted in a bunch over Biden while saying "so what" about Kushner are, at the very least, showing their hypocrisy. Not that such hypocrisy isn't a signature feature of the conservitard brand--get all outraged when the other side does it, when our side does it, nothing to see here.
