Unfortunately for David and Trump FaceBook rantings, with kooky legal theories can't be admitted into court as evidence. The prosecutors have audio tapes, video, text messages and documents. In fact, Trump on tape will be the star prosecution witness against Trump. Real life Trump will be too scared to take the stand to defend himself. Given Trump's age he is looking at a life sentence. I hope Georgia perp walks him, dresses him in a jumpsuit, takes a mug shot and makes him wait for several hours in a cell until the court is ready for his arraignment. Right now Trump is a wanted criminal with an active arrest warrant hanging over his head.
