When Trump won the election(it was STOLEN!! OK, it wasn't, channeling MAGA for a moment), I quit reading about politics. Of course, drama queen Trump is all over the news. I like my Presidents to do their job and maybe give an update every 6 to 10 weeks.

Anyway, he is now threatening Rosie O'Donnell's citizenship because he's been feuding with her for several years, and she moved to Ireland. Tell me MAGA, do you think he should? (He legally can't, but he's an idiot, so he may try). Do you guys think a President should be able do choose who gets to keep their citizenship and who can't because of what they say? I know you like the 1st Amendment for MAGA, how about everyone else?

Trump thinks he has unlimited power. He treats the Constitution like it's toilet paper.

US citizenship can be revoked under certain rare circumstances, but never by the President. Arguing with the President is not a crime.

Trump should be held criminally and civilly liable for this shit.

This is such a farce because he is butt hurt. Under the 14th Amendment an American Citizen by birth can not have their citizenship revoked, but they can voluntarily renounce it. Now, naturalized citizens can have their citizenship taken away by denaturalization for a number of reasons.

So the only way Rosie loses her citizenship is if she voluntarily gives it away.
