Liberal judges once again legislating from the bench

Is it more ridiculous than saying a fertilized egg is a human being?

But, you're right, lets stay on toipic.   Boilerman started a thread complaining about activist judges despite his ardent support for them on the Supreme Court.   Readers should understand that massive contradiciton and hypocrisy before trying to engage in an intelligent conversation.

Enjoy !

As I said, Boiler only spews his faux outrage whenever something is done that doesn't turn out the way he likes. When that same action at some other time results in an outcome he does like, he praises it.

Boiler's happy as a pig in shit about the Trump Supreme Court "legislating from the bench" and snuffing out Roe v. Wade. 'Nuff said.

Roe vs. Wade - more liberal horseshit. Good riddance.

Somehow, I'm not surprised that David favors taking away women's right to control their own bodies.

After all, he voted for a rapist. Twice.

"control their own bodies" is bullshit. If they want to control their own bodies then use birth control. Randomally hooking up and then getting pregnant is not an excuse to murder the child they are carrying. "control their own bodies" is just an excuse, another liberal play on words as liberals destroy all morals.

A moral statement from a man who voted for a rapist.

A moral pronouncement from a man who supports the Nazi party.

A pompous windbag screed from a man who touts "the big lie."

Thank God your kind is dying out. You're reprehensible and disgusting.

BTW, were you ever convicted of rape, David? Or did you get off on a technicality?

More "pompous" lying statements from the resident liar.

Come on Libs!  Is Kevin the only one of you willing to lie by telling us that a bee is a fish?  Most obviously don't believe that a bee is a fish, but instead support Liberal judges legislating from the bench.

PJ's argument is that judges overturning past instances of judges legislating the the bench is wrong, and I disagree.  Judges will overturn this bull shit, btw.  Then the house, senate, and governor can write law that protects bees.

No - As previously noted (and ignored) all 5 judges who reportedly will be voting to overturn ROE/WADE were prevetted by an activist group to do that very thing before being nominated.

The really odd thing is Boilerman somehow expects other people to believe his bullshit about activist judges even though he doesn't subscribe to it himself.   ANd he really doesnt want you to take note of that.

The court ruled, stupid, that the existing law already protects bees. You can keep on pratlling "legislating from the bench legislating from the bench legislating from the bench AWWWWWWK," but that's not what happened.

Really, when I point out that you're saying something stupid, you really shouldn't try to argue by continuing to repeat that same stupid thing. You just embarrass yourself.

PJ, overturning activists judge rulings isn't ruling from the bench.  There is zero chance than any of us believe that a bee is a fish.

The ruling of Roe vs Wade was saying that a bee if a fish.  Sane people prevaled when they concluded that a bee isn't a fish.  Change the Constitution if you like.
