I will defend David in this instance. I read more than one story covering this in the mainstream media and some women are doing this. 

I understand why. You get raped in the state of Texas and Texas forces you to carry to term and into an 18 year relationship with your rapist.

If you have a miscarriage in Texas they let you bleed to death because they don't want to give you the procedure you need because the same procedure is used in abortions.

If I were a female in childbearing years in a red state like Texas and couldn't leave the state, you are damn right I'd be getting sterilized. Why would anybody surrender their bodly autonomy to the goverment?

Mark, the lie in David's reposting of this "story" from MXM "News" is the assumption that these women trying to compensate for abortion persecution are "liberal"---a devastating smear in the minds of MAGAs.

In reality, this ONE woman who was mentioned didn't self-identify as liberal or conservative or anything else. You don't have to be liberal to hate and oppose Texas's or any other states' draconian abortion laws.

The lie in David's post is that his widdle story is about ONE woman's decision--not "women"--and her political philosophy wasn't mentioned--it was just assumed that she was liberal. The post should read--"One woman...", not "liberal women." That's simply a lie, from the scumbag asshole on this forum who routinely accuses everyone else of lying.

Oh, and of course, the woman in question was a porn worker, which MXM "News" took pains to mention, so readers would think that she was a slut, whore, etc. and therefore that much more worthy of disdain.
